Diesel Set 2 rapidly and reliably bleeds fuel systems with radial piston injection pumps and common rail systems.

Following diagnosis and the replacement or repair of components, it is necessary to remove the air from the system to guarantee that the vehicle can start. A conventional pump with a low flow rate is often insufficient to bleed these systems.

Bosch is offering the Diesel Set 2 to rapidly and reliable bleed fuel systems with radial piston injection pumps (VP30/44) and common rail systems. In addition to a large, double-acting hand pump, a suction pipe and fuel return pipe, it also contains a set with adapters to connect to a number of different bleeding connections. In addition to the operating instructions provided, Bosch ESI[tronic] 2.0 also contains instructions for connecting and executing the bleeding process.
