Hickleys Ltd are the UK’s leading independent diagnostic specialists and offer the very latest products and services from many of the leading manufacturers, including Bosch, Delphi, Texa and Advanced Diagnostics. An essential part of our success is the “added benefit” we can offer customers on any product or service purchased and this increasingly includes technical and product support.
To take advantage of the opportunity we are looking to employ an experienced vehicle diagnostic specialist or “master tech” with in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostic procedures, and repair procedures, the right candidate will have a structured thought process, good communication skills and be IT proficient.
This new and exciting roles includes:
Developing a new online technical support service
Driving the advancement of our technical and online service
Creating a range of technical service bulletins
Developing an online key programming support package
Assisting our staff on technical issues
This role would ideally suit a highly skilled mechanic and diagnostic technician that wants to leave the workshop floor behind and use their skills gained to benefit others by giving structured technical support and be a critical part of developing a new service.
This is a mainly office based role in our Taunton head office and offers an attractive salary, bonus scheme, company pension and other company benefits.
