Hickleys are now seeking a new Sales and Technical Support Administrator for our Diagnostics Division to join the growing team. The role will involve all aspects of website sales processing, general administration relating to automotive keys and remotes consumables to automotive garages and locksmiths as well as dealing with telephone orders and product support to customers. Good working knowledge & experience of customer service would be helpful, but not essential, along with a great attitude to customer retention. We have 2 or 3 openings for committed and determined No previous experience required, although engineering experience would be an advantage.
