The BEMP 401 was designed to introduce students to the operation of the internal combustion engine in a comprehensive and thorough manner, at an unprecedented cost and without resorting to simulation. However, this product does not skimp on technology: an asynchronous design allows tests under variable loads, applied to an engine equipped for variable fuel injection and ignition characteristics, thus enabling the comprehensive measurement of the P=F(V) relationship and of the fuel mixture, using a broad range Lambda probe.
