With Locked IN we are not asking you to spend more money, we are asking you to make some or all of your normal key & remote purchases from us. If you feel you can do this, you can become either a GOLD or PLATINUM member of LOCKED IN.

Terms & Conditions

Gold Customers

• You agree to purchase a minimum of £100 + vat in each month on keys, remotes, transponders and remote parts.
• Carriage costs are excluded from the prices.
• Only website purchases qualify for Locked IN and the extra 10% discount.
• If your monthly spend is more than the minimum, it cannot be carried forward to subsequent months.
• If the minimum spend (£100) is made every month no charges for will be made.
• Credits/returns will be deducted from the total spend of the month they are received.
• In any month where the minimum spend is not reached, you agree to pay the agreed figure of £20 + vat to cover the services you have received. (£20 x 12 = £240 the equivalent to Technical Support & extended warranty for one tester PA).
• This offer cannot be used together with any other offer.
• By agreeing to join Locked IN you agree to join for a minimum of 12 months and accept that if you fail to purchase keys to the minimum level on every month the total charge will be £240 + vat.
• The contract will automatically renew for a further 12 months on the anniversary of the agreement, unless we are notified in writing before the renewal date.
• If you want to step up to the Platinum contract from the Gold, this can be at any time, however this will start a new minimum 12 month agreement.
• When first joining Locked IN or Extended warranty, or when there has been a break in cover, there is a mandatory period of 3 months where free of charge machine repairs is not available. All other benefits start as soon as the agreement is completed.

Platinum Customers

• You agree to purchase a minimum of 300 + vat in each month on keys, remotes, transponders and remote parts.
• Carriage costs are excluded from the prices.
• Only website purchases qualify for Locked IN and the extra 20% discount.
• If your monthly spend is more than the minimum, it cannot be carried forward to subsequent months.
• If the minimum spend (£300) is made every month no charges for will be made.
• Credits/returns will be deducted from the total spend of the month they are received.
• In any month where the minimum spend is not reached, you agree to pay the agreed figure of £30 + vat to cover the services you have received. (£30 x 12 = £360 the equivalent to Technical Support & extended warranty for two testers PA).
• This offer cannot be used together with any other offer.
• By agreeing to join Locked IN you agree to join for a minimum of 12 months and accept that if you fail to purchase keys to the minimum level on every month the total charge will be £360 + vat.
• The contract will automatically renew for a further 12 months on the anniversary of the agreement, unless we are notified in writing before the renewal date.
• If you fail to achieve the £300 spend each month you do not automatically qualify for the Gold contract.
• If you currently have a Platinum contract you can choose to cancel or step back to the Gold package on the renewal date.
• When first joining Locked IN or Extended warranty, or when there has been a break in cover, there is a mandatory period of 3 months where free of charge machine repairs is not available. All other benefits start as soon as the agreement is completed.
