The new JLR approved DOIP VCI is the only unit that will be compatible with Pathfinder and all JLR vehicles with the new vehicle architectures (from the Range Rover/Range Rover Sport (L405/L494) 17MY onwards) or allow the enhanced diagnostics that Pathfinder will offer the retailer.
In addition to the 17MY vehicle line applications, the DOIP VCI will be capable of interfacing with 14-16MY Multi-CAN architecture vehicle lines on the Pathfinder diagnostic system. Evoque (L538) Discovery Sport (L550) Range Rover (L405) Range Rover Sport (L494) Pre-14MY and vehicles not detailed above will continue to use the current diagnostic system and VC
Notes
- We will carry out customer registration process for basic tool use.
- When our is laptop purchased we will help customers apply for further applications needed for security and digital service records. Details needed such as headed paper, passport number, website URL, VAT registration details company house registration etc.
- Topix JLR software has to be installed on a specific window 7 32bit laptop. We can provide laptop to the Manufacturers recommended PC specs.
- We will set up laptop before sending to the customer
- Timed Licences are bought direct from JLR Topix
- JLR requires tech support due to regular software updates/changes requiring laptop updates through our tech support.

Purchase the JLR Pathfinder in a package with the following:

- 1 months product support
* Laptop is a re-furbished business spec laptop with a program that allows it to be remotely supported and monitored. Min spec is 250HDD 4GB Ram i5 processor. If our laptop is purchased and is kept in tech support contract for 2 years, we will replace the laptop FOC after 2 years use. Tech support is hardware and software support, not vehicle tech support.
